The company will own, manage and develop properties on Svåheia in Eigersund on behalf of the owner municipalities.
The company can also participate on the owner side in companies that are established with activity on the property.
The company will be a catalyst for cooperation between players.
The company shall be an active contributor to safeguarding sustainability goals in the region.

Utilize existing areas of 1300 acres on Svåheia
- Regulated for business development during 2024
- Full operation in the business park during 2030
Access and develop adjacent areas

Prioritize companies that will contribute to meeting the UN's sustainability goals
Prioritize companies that contribute to increased circular economy - utilize natural resources and products efficiently and long-term, in a cycle where as few resources as possible are lost
Support Taxonomy - focus on complementary industries
In the long run, assist companies in exploiting opportunities in the EU system, with a special focus on sustainability - funding, innovation and research funding
